Our Mission: The Horner Foundation supports small to mid-sized organizations in our communities to provide at-risk youth aged ~ 10-19 with experiential learning opportunities.
Our Vision: All youth will be empowered to realize their full potential and become active participants in their communities.

The Aquatic and Fitness Center
The Aquatic and Fitness Centers (AFC) are full-service health clubs offering a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength equipment, group exercise classes on land and water, court sports and an ever-evolving menu of fitness programs. AquaHab Physical Therapy offers the most advanced aquatic and land therapies available today to aid in the recovery of all orthopedic problems regardless of severity. Working in close cooperation, these two service segments provide a one-stop wellness solution which offers well-qualified and knowledable staff, clean and inviting environments, diverse programming, highly advanced equipment and friendly customer service.

Philadelphia Youth Sports Collaborative (PYSC)
ISAA is a member of The Philadelphia Youth Sports Collaborative which is a pioneer in the country. PYSC augments the impact of local non-profit organizations that use sports to benefit children and youth, particularly those from under-resourced environments. It is a collaborative of member organizations that offer character-building and life skills training within the framework of healthy physical development. Collectively, these groups offer a range of sports activities such as basketball, cycling, golf, ice hockey, lacrosse, martial arts, riding, rowing, running, soccer, squash, and tennis. By sharing ideas, combining resources, identifying common areas of need, and leveraging support, PYSC facilitates communication and cooperation between these organizations and strengthens the positive impact they have on youth, families, and communities. The collaborative also provides resources to other agencies interested in promoting positive youth development through sports activities. The PYSC website is www.pysc.org
The Marine Advanced Technology Education (MATE) Center is a national partnership of organizations working to improve marine technical education and in this way help to prepare America’s future workforce for ocean occupations. Headquartered at Monterey Peninsula College (MPC) in Monterey, California, the MATE Center has been funded as a National Science Foundation (NSF) Advanced Technological Education (ATE) Center of Excellence since 1997. ISAA partners with the office in the Philadelphia PA region.
Sports 4 Life | Women’s Sports Foundation
Sports 4 Life is a national effort to increase the participation and retention of African-American and Hispanic girls, ages 11-18, in developmental youth sports programs.
