ISAA Youth Sports Training programs
Learn to train program
Athletes ages 7-10 looking to improve their overall athleticism. This program is designed to include all components of sports training, in a fun, safe and exciting way.
- Athletes Ages 7-10
- Training can range from 4-8 sessions
- 2 Day per week program (30-45min)
Junior Training program
Sets the foundation for an athlete’s future. This program will Focus on developing an athletes Speed, Strength, Flexibility, Stamina and overall Explosiveness.
- Athletes Ages 10-13
- Training can range from 6-12 sessions
- 2 Day per week program (45- 60min)
Advanced training program
Athletes will benefit from 3 or 4 training sessions per week to develop every single aspect of sports performance. Also a nutritional profile will be given to athletes to help improvement and maximize recovery between training sessions.
- Athletes Ages 13+
- Training can range from 2 – 12 months
- 3 Days per week (90 min)
